Bra Sizing
How to measure for bras
Cup Height: Measure the cup vertically from its bottom edge to its top edge, without including the straps.
Length: Measure from the top edge to the bottom edge along the part named in the chart.
Upper Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor and avoid compressing your breast tissue.
Lower Bust: Measure directly under your bust, where the band of your bra sits. Keep the tape measure snug and parallel to the floor.
Pant Length: Measure from the top edge to the bottom edge along the part named in the chart.
Tip: For the most accurate fit, measure while wearing a non-padded bra. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Bottom Sizing
How to measure your waist
Waistband: Measure around your body where the waistband sits. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor and snug but comfortable.
Waistline: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically about 2.5 cm (1 inch) above your belly button. Keep the tape measure snug but comfortable.
Tip: If you are between sizes, choose based on your waist measurement.
